Although most people will deny it, women want to feel like they’re getting the bigger, better deal in a relationship of any kind, from a casual hookup to an outright emasculation–*ahem*–long term relationship with a man. That’s the basic simplified premise of what hypergamy is. (Hyper= above, gamy= etymological root [or some shit like that] of the word: marriage.) [Don’t quote me on that shit!]
A guy I enjoy reading the blog and entailed writings of fuckin’ profusely who goes by the moniker “Rollo Tomassi” has made an excellent and thought-provoking point in regards to this matter. Allow me to elucidate through the implementation of a quotation. (And no more cheesy fuckin’ rhyming couplets. This is prose, not fuckin’ verse, broski’s!)
Funnily enough I think the post I’m about to quote is referring to another blogger’s work, too. Talk about fuckin’ meta-blogging, am I right?!
Okay. Enough.

Basically what the dude is saying is that although men who love or are in live with (NO SEMANTIC DEBATE HERE) tend to be extremely romantic and dare I say it, idealistic about how women ought to love them back. What happens is this flies in the face of nature, as women by their very nature are pretty fuckin’ SLUTTY.
(Okay, maybe that’s vastly oversimplified, but hear me out.)
Women, like I’ve said before, are interested in the bigger better deal. The higher value the male, the more attracted to him they are. This isn’t some slutty “beer sluts” (moot point) in bars or clubs, not crack-addicted prostitutes sucking up to their alpha-male-pimp…We’re talking ALL WOMEN, here. Everything with a fuckin’ pair of X-Chromosomes.
Anyway, sometimes this biological deep-seated psychological incentive is so fucking strong it causes women encumbered in a traditional relationship or marriage to CHEAT or leave the relationship/indentured slave-master relationshi–*Ahem* I mean marriage.
Anyway this is hypergamy in a nutshell.
Unfortunately, a lot of sappy guys hold women to expectations that are way too high and end up disappointed by this ugly slutty behaviour. What’s worse is that society in its efforts to stay FUCKING TRADITIONAL tries to push these same beta-male-symps-by-nature INTO the very institution that will ruin them socially and financially because of this unbecoming trend of relations pertaining to love between men and women….That’s why ‘ya gotta PUMP AND DUMP.
And that is also why society is fucked UP!
